MANAGEMENT CHANGES ANNOUNCED AT GROUPE PSA

Groupe PSA announce management changes at Peugeot UK, Free2 Move Lease UK, DS Automobiles and Groupe PSA Fleet & Used Vehicles.

Julie David is appointed as Managing Director for Peugeot UK effective 8th January following David Peel’s decision to pursue his career outside of Groupe PSA. Julie David has over 25 years of experience in the Automotive industry, across Ford, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda and Jaguar Land Rover, as well as running her own change management and Executive Coaching company working with global automotive brands and in private and public sector industries. Julie’s roles in Jaguar Land Rover included Global Experiential Marketing Director and Global Franchise Operations and Retail Strategy Director. Throughout her career Julie also has strong operational experience of Fleet and Retail Sales Operations and Customer Service. Julie brings to both Peugeot and Groupe PSA a strong global understanding of Retailing, Automotive Sales and Marketing and Network infrastructures and relationships.

Richard Dyson, Director for Parts & Service, is retiring after 34 years of service in many different roles within the group. Mark Pickles will be replacing Richard on 1st February. Mark’s current role is Managing Director of Free2Move Lease, having previously undertaken a number of senior roles in the Peugeot brand, including most recently that of Marketing Director. His career began in Retail, with five years at Hartwell latterly as a Dealership Aftersales Manager, before joining Groupe PSA as Area Aftersales Manager. He has significant experience running functions including Parts Sales, Quality and Aftersales Marketing, and was previously Parts & Service Director for Peugeot and then Group Aftersales Operations Director when the Groupe PSA brands consolidated their aftersales functions.

Replacing Mark Pickles as Managing Director for Free2Move Lease on 1st February is Mark Blundell. Having originally joined the group as a Business Trainee, Mark is currently Marketing Director for DS which he has undertaken since the birth of DS in the UK. Prior to DS, he has built broad experience across many functions including senior roles such as Head of Product and Pricing for Peugeot, Head of Inventory and Order Control and also time as a Zone Sales Manager and Marketing Manager for Peugeot Robins and Day Coventry dealerships.

Martin Gurney, Fleet and Used Car Director is leaving the group to pursue a career with another company. Scott Westerby, currently Head of Fleet Operations, will step up to run the Fleet Department. Scott spent 15 years in the retailer world including Parts, Service and Dealership Management. In his time in Groupe PSA, Scott has worked for the Citroën and Peugeot Brands in roles including Zone Sales Manager, National Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager and National Corporate Sales Manager. Most recently as Head of Fleet Operations role, he is responsible for Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles fleet sales.
