  • The award recognises an unrivalled on-board well-being experience, interior space, a unique silhouette concept at the crossroads of several territories and a bold design.

 

  • Launched in Europe during 2022, the C5 X was the leader in its D-mainstream sedan segment in the second half of the year. More than 45,000 cars have been delivered since its launch in Europe and China, illustrating the success of this innovative, contemporary concept.

 

  • The C5 X is fully involved in the acceleration of the Brand's electrification with a 60% Plug-in Hybrid mix. This mix will surely increase with the arrival in the coming weeks of a more accessible hybrid offering: the 180 ë-EAT8 Plug-in Hybrid.

  • Ranked 3rd among compact hatchback in Europe in 2022, all fuel and energy types combined, the C4 and ë-C4 will adopt My Citroën Drive Plus in 2023, the new on-board infotainment system first introduced on C5 X and C4 X.

 

  • Directly inspired by the world of smartphones, more modern and scalable, this new intuitive connected Interface enables easy access to all information concerning navigation, media, telephone, or vehicle settings, all that being managed on a 10" touchscreen tablet.

 

  • C4 and ë-C4 models are now available with a two-tone option with a Perla Nera black roof. A styling effect that enhances the character and dynamism of the vehicle’s silhouette.

 

  • C5 X, which has already sold more than 45,000 units worldwide in just one year and is the 2nd most popular saloon car in the European mainstream D-segment, is expanding its range with a new 180 ë-EAT8 Plug-in Hybrid offer. Boasting a driving range of 62 km in zero emission mode, this plug-in hybrid version offers great versatility and complements the 225 ë-EAT8 Plug-in Hybrid version, also equipped with Citroën Advanced Comfort® Active Suspension.

 

  • In addition, C5 X has been enriched with Highway Driver Assist 2.0, which provides even more peace of mind on long journeys with the addition to the existing package of the "anticipated speed recommendation" or "semi-automatic lane change" functions.

 

  • These changes are applicable in France from the 1st February price list onwards.

  • As an answer to the success of the first version, a new limited edition of “My Ami Buggy” will go on sale at the end of the first quarter of 2023 in several countries where Ami is marketed.

 

  • The global deployment of "My Ami Buggy" is evidence of just how successful Ami is. Thanks to the concept underpinning it and its accessibility, this electric vehicle has revolutionised local mobility: 30,000 units have already been sold in nine countries since its launch at the end of 2020.

 

  • Commercial roll-out of Ami is continuing – it is expected to go on sale in 2023 in Switzerland and Malta as well as in France’s overseas departments. The preceding list is not exhaustive as other countries are about to join them.

 

  • Slight changes were made to Ami's battery last October, so that it now operates more effectively in cold weather conditions. This has improved the customer experience and opened up new prospects for other destinations.

  • Citroën is offering a new, more accessible plug-in hybrid with a new version on the C5 Aircross that combines the 150 hp (110 kW) PureTech petrol engine with an 81 kW electric engine for a combined power of 180 hp.
  • This version is based on an optimised next-generation 12.4 kWh battery consisting of 84 cells, which provides up to 58 km of zero-emission electric driving.
  • The C5 Aircross Plug-in Hybrid 180 e-EAT8 complements the 225 e-EAT8 Plug-in Hybrid version, which has been upgraded. Its range in ZEV mode has been increased by almost 15%. Distances of up to 64 km can now be covered with no CO2 emissions, no noise and no vibrations. It uses a next-generation 14.2 kWh battery made up of 96 cells.
  • The C5 X Plug-in Hybrid 225 e-EAT8 has also had its range increased by 15% to 63 km thanks to improvements to its battery management.
  • These plug-in hybrid versions offer great versatility: drivers can enjoy 100% electric mobility to meet their everyday needs and then use the combustion engine for longer journeys. They provide comfort and peace of mind with a smooth, quiet ride, and are authorised to enter all Low Emission Zones.
  • They are covered by the services provided under the “Citroën Citizen Services ®” programme, such as the PHEV Plug-in Reminder for more responsible driving with greater peace of mind.
  • The C5 Aircross Plug-in Hybrid 180 e-EAT8 is available to order from €43,650 (price incl. VAT before tax incentive) or €449/month.

  • Unveiled in June 2022, the new C4 X & ë-C4 X Electric will be available to order in France from the 13th of October, from 27 650 € including taxes.
  • The C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric are a new offer in the Citroën's range, both attractive and accessible. They introduce an alternative to the classic mid-size sedan and SUV models by combining all the elegance of a fastback silhouette with the modern attitude of an SUV and the timeless cachet of a spacious 4-door.
  • According to customers ‘usages, the engines available in France include two PureTech petrol engines and a BlueHDi diesel engine for the C4 X, as well as a 100% electric engine for the ë-C4 X, a distinctive offer on its segment that will participate to speed up the brand's energy transition.
  • ë-C4 X Electric provides a range of up to 360 km (in WLTP cycle) with a 100 kW, 136 hp electric powertrain. It also features rapid charging, giving 100 km in 10 minutes at 100 kW DC.
  • The C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric stand out through their on-board comfort thanks to the exclusive Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme, including Advanced Comfort seats and Citroën Advanced Comfort® Suspension. They also adopt the new infotainment interface My Citroën Drive Plus inaugurated on C5 X.
  • C4 X and ë-C4 X Electric will arrive in French dealerships in the first quarter of 2023.

  • Italian coachbuilder Caselani joined forces with Citroën’s design team to metamorphose the Citroën Berlingo into a 2CV van.

 

  • Revisiting the style of the 2CV type AU, this conversion is a nod to one of the Brand’s iconic models – one that left its mark on generations.

 

  • On a vintage-style body kit mounted on the model’s exterior, the conversion features generous rounded front-end panel, imposing flared M-shaped grille proudly sporting Citroën's chevrons, large round headlights, corrugated sheeting on the sides, rear and roof sections.

 

  • The Berlingo 2CV Fourgonnette is being marketed by Caselani, officially licensed by Citroën. An “M” sized (4.40 m) commercial vehicle will be available for professionals, and then a leisure version will also be produced for carrying people. All engine types will be proposed, including electric.

 

  • Order will start on 1 October, with production slated to begin in January 2023.

  • Citroën is simplifying on-board life by introducing “My Ami Play”, an innovative solution now available via the My Citroën app, offering a new menu of useful and essential functions that are simple and intuitive to use, specially designed for smartphones and with a clever activation control button called “Citroën Switch” which can be positioned on the steering wheel arches either on the right or on the left.

 

  • Launched by Ami, “My Ami Play” features a single-page display of several functions frequently used by the customer on their smartphone, such as navigation, music, radio and phone. Once connected with the smartphone via Bluetooth, “Citroën Switch” allows the driver to access these functions directly without taking their eyes off the road and to then control them either by touch or voice recognition.
