To celebrate the Italian Grand Prix this weekend, the Alfa Romeo ORLAN racing car will take to the track in a livery produced specifically for the event by the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo. 

Valtteri Bottas will join Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN for the 2022 season and beyond, the Finnish driver signing a multi-year deal with the Hinwil-based team. Bottas, a nine-time Grand Prix winner, joins the team as it embarks on the crucial transition to the new era of Formula One, with sweeping regulation changes providing a unique opportunity to move towards the front of the grid.

Alfa Romeo and Sauber Motorsport will continue to come together, with a reinforced team spirit, at the highest level of motorsport as the Swiss team and the historic Italian brand announce an extension of their partnership in a multi-year agreement with yearly assessments. 

The new Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm will make their first official UK appearance at the 2021 Goodwood Festival of Speed, taking place from 8 - 11 July.

When A.L.F.A. was established on 24 June, 1910, its cars were red. A few years earlier, Italy had been assigned this colour for its racing cars.

Having learned his craft in Spain, South Korea and France, Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos will be placing his international experience at the service of the Stellantis Group as of July 1^st, 2021. He will report to Jean-Pierre Ploué, Chief Design Officer at Stellantis.

Alfa Romeo announces a new global organisation and the following new appointments.

A spectacular ceremony in the impressive setting of the Grand Theatre, in Poland’s capital city, saw the attendance of a limited number of senior team personnel – with media, fans and employees being invited to watch virtually in respect of the local Covid regulations.
